Christmas!!!

We had a houseful of company for 9 days straight...I LOVED it!

It started with Mom, Roger, and Grandma Audrey along with Uncle Wade and Aunt Stephanie...and of course, Uncle Matt and Aunt Tiffany!

Grant, of course, got spoiled and became and expert present opener!

Christmas Eve, with Daddy, Uncle Matt, Aunt Tiffany, Unlce Wade, Aunt Stephanie, Mommy, Grant, and Papa (notice ALL the girls are pregnant!!!).

We tried to "bribe" Grant with cookies to get him to stand still for a picture, didn't really work :)

Christmas morning, Grant didn't want to wake up!

We still weren't done...the Sunday after Christmas we headed to Ames to celebrate with the Vandewater's. Grant decided he was such an "expert opener"that he would help everyone else!

1-168th Infantry Annual Dine Out

Lee and I at the dine out. This year it was held at the Ameristar Hotel and Casino in Council Bluffs, IA. It is always fun to get dressed up and have an adult night out. However, Lee had drill the day before and the day of the event, and I'm 20 weeks pregnant, so we were in bed by 10:30!!!

Getting ready for Christmas!

Grant had so much fun helping me decorate the tree. He reminds me almost daily that he helped mommy :)

However, he did not want me to take his picture in front of the tree...so, if you don't get a Christmas card from us this year...this is why! Gotta love TWO year olds!!!

A long day...

We had a long day of shopping, playing at the mall, and picking out our Christmas tree at Howell's tree farm...BRRRR!!! It was all a little too much for a two year old! (12/5/08)
